A NEW PERSPECTIVE was created out of a desire to serve the Lord and to help others do the same. I began working with youth and children for sixteen and a half years. As I worked with the youth I found myself talking a lot with the youth and their families. After seminary, I started working for various churches doing evangelism and counseling. I soon realized that there were a lot of smaller churches who could use a counselor to help minister to their church family, but could not afford it. Out of that realization came the ministry of A New Perspective. In June of 1995 we formed a non-profit counseling ministry called A New Perspective.

OUR DESIRE is to partner with churches as they help their members walk closer to Christ and apply His word to their situations. Our approach to counseling is similar to that of Christ and the Samaritan woman at the well. He met her where she was, lovingly confronted her with her sin and offered her eternal living water. We want to help individuals, couples and families draw closer to Christ and to one another as they apply God’s word to their lives.
